Tide Tidbits – July 22, 2008

Glamour coaches of the SEC
The SEC probably has the most imposing lineup of head coaches of any league in the country, with almost half of its coaches (five) having won a national championship. In his first head coaching job (Toledo in 1990), Saban led his team to a conference title, a wonderful start to a big-time coaching career. In 12 years as a college head coach (Toledo, Michigan State, LSU and Alabama), he’s won 99 games and a national title (LSU).

Roll Tide!
