Andre Smith: Who Will Replace His Big Shoes?
OK, thus far Andre Smith is doing horrible to make himself look good in the NFL Draft. Well it’s too late to come back now, so the question Alabama fans are wondering is who will replace him. Right now—in my opinion—there are two top candidates for the job at offensive tackle.

The real reason for the spring football schedule change
In case you missed it, instead of holding a practice on April 11, the Crimson Tide will drill once before spring break on March 13. Many of you will not be surprised to hear that some overzealous fans immediately assumed that Saban had a major reason for doing so, or was trying to send a message that the players should be thinking football even when on break. Thursday night, I found out the real reason for the change.

Kiffin’s No. 1
Lane Kiffin hasn’t won an SEC game – or even played an SEC game – but Tennessee’s new head man already ranks No. 1 among SEC coaches in one category … irritability. At least, that’s the contention of Mark Bradley, sports writer/columnist for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He awards Kiffin the top spot in a recent AJC.com blog entitled “Ranking SEC football coaches: Who’s the most irritating?”
