Alabama football team goes through much better practice
After Monday’s practice that drew the ire of coach Nick Saban, the Alabama football team came back Wednesday with a renewed sense of vigor and enthusiasm for two hours inside the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility. The Crimson Tide practiced in shoulder pads for the first time this spring while moving indoors for a second time due to inclement weather. “More people were hustling to the ball, (there were) less mental mistakes, (there was) more attention to detail. I think the coaches were happy,” Alabama defensive lineman Lorenzo Washington said. “The effort and more people sustaining was there today.” Other similar articles:

Why Is Alabama’s Nick Saban Looking For A Little TLC From His 2009 Team

That formula is: Talent + Leadership + Chemistry = Success.

Alabama Spring Practice: Predicting A-Day Game and Who Will Start
The time for spring is here and that only means one thing for me…I am one step closer to walking through the gates of Bryant-Denny Stadium. I still have a time to wait until A-Day, which by the way for you fans that do not already know the game is April 18. Now before the time comes where I get to sit down and scout the players while eating my Dreamland BBQ, I am going to predict the starters and main players in the spring game.

Roll Tide!
