Suspended Players’ Status Remains Unchanged

By Andrew Gribble, al.com:
The door remains open for three suspended Alabama players to return to the program, but “it’s up to them” to remedy their respective situations, coach Nick Saban said Tuesday. The status of wide receivers Duron Carter, Ronald Carswell and Michael Bowman was placed in limbo when Saban announced their suspensions at the beginning of spring practice. Three days removed from Alabama’s A-Day game, it appears nothing has changed. “It’s not up to me. It’s up to them, so i don’t really need to spend time speculating on what they’re going to do,” Saban told reporters. “I got two adolescents at home and I can’t predict what they’re going to do so I’m not going to predict what these guys are going to do. If they do what they’re supposed to, they can play on our team, all right? If they don’t, they won’t.” [More]
